Screw materials

Grade A super hard screw     Base material is Sweden Km-22 steel with the characteristics of  high wearing resistance and high tenacity , the hardness reach HRC59°-61°,which is suitable for processing of 50-60% fiberglass, Bakelite, dynamoelectric injection machine, magnetic particle ,ceramic powder, aluminum and magnesium powder, ferrous powder, copper powder ,etc.The service lifetime of five or eight times longer than the nitrided screw. Grade B(1) super hard screw      Base material is  the AP high temperature super alloy made in  Germany has a great hardness under the high temperature condition .Yielding strength under the high temperature of 650°Ccan reach 125Ksinh, having superior alkaline resistance and corrosion resistance. With solid solution and age hardening ,it is not only suitable for processing extra high speed, high handed resistance, high temperature resistance,hard wearing resistance and high corrosion resistance plastic, but also appropriate for processing the nylon plus 20%-40% fiberglass , PC,PVC, acryl, transparent plastic. The service lifetime of four or six times longer than the nitrided screw. Grade B(2) high corrosion resistance screw  The base material of screw is 38CrMoAIA or SKD61.The screw arris and root diameter adopt the most advanced alloy cladding technology, the surface hardness of screw can reach HRC 60°-62°. The thickness of alloy layer is the standard value of 1mm-1.5mm , which with the characteristics of high hard-wearing and corrosion resistance.It is suitable for processing plastic without halogen , PPE flame retardant grade plastic, XPS flame retardant grade insulation board and other plastics with high corrosion.The service lifetime of four or six times longer than the nitrided screw. Grade C bimetal screw       Taking  38CrMoAIA  as base material ,at the surface of screw spray the Ni-20 which is high corrosion resistance and high wear resistance to make  the hardness reach HRC58°-62°. The thickness of alloy layer on the surface of screw is the standard value of 1.5-3.5mm.It is mainly used in the processing of nylon plus 10%-20% fiberglass, PVC, PC ,and high strength engineering plastics.The service lifetime of three or five times longer than the nitrided screw.        In the developed countries of Europe ,there is more than 90% plastic machinery companies using the bimetal barrel and screw.
